Now, that's customer service. I had it accidentally shipped to a former address. Just remember to check the shipment address. Any company that's willing to go out of their way and send another product is worth buying for, especially when it's not their fault to start with.Buy from them. Of course, the people there accepted the package. I asked the company if they'll send me a new package (thinking they wouldn't, but it was worth a try) and they did.
It was very frustrating. It took longer than usual to receive the package and it got sent to another address and I had to reorder.
the black one looks very good, I just love it. Perfect fit, it is just as I imagin.
Easy to use, perfectly sized. I love this little guy. I'm pretty much the last person I know to finally get one.a fabulous Christmas gift to myself.
There are better, harder cases out there, but I will stick with this one for a while as it does it's job. I was hoping that the case was a little thicker though. The thickness on the click wheel is tricky, it works with a little finesse. For $9 of protection, you get just that. I hardly take it out of my pocket anyways. The thin silicone case will protect it from scratches and minuscule nicks. But I think I wasn't looking for anything more. It includes a thin plastic film to place over the screen.
